1. Who we are
Go Garage is a brand of Tower-A, Atk Complex, Maruti Chowk, Opp. Aloha Towers, Yogi Park, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045. These terms govern bookings made on this website, on WhatsApp, by phone, or at any Go Garage workshop, including franchise-operated outlets.
2. Bookings & estimates
A booking reserves a service slot; it is not a commitment to a price. After a free inspection we share an itemised estimate (typically on WhatsApp). Work begins only after you approve the estimate. If additional work is discovered mid-job, we pause and seek fresh approval before proceeding.
3. Pickup & drop
Doorstep pickup and drop with every booking, within our serviceable areas. Vehicles are moved by insured Go Garage riders and drivers, and remain covered while in our custody. Please remove valuables before handover; we are not responsible for loose items left in the vehicle.
4. Payments
Payment is due on delivery of the vehicle. For select jobs – such as parts ordered specifically for your vehicle, body work, or insurance excess – an advance may be requested and will be stated in the estimate before you approve it. The final invoice matches the approved estimate plus any changes you separately approved.
5. Warranty
Every job carries a written warranty on parts and labour, stated on the job card and honoured at any Go Garage workshop in India. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items past their service life, damage from accidents or misuse after delivery, or parts you supplied yourself.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge any time before pickup. Details, including how advances are refunded, are in our

While your vehicle is with us it is handled by trained staff and covered by our workshop insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the affected service or repair. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Using this website
Content on this site – text, photographs, logos and design – belongs to Serveup Autosolution LLP or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false booking details.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new bookings. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
