4. Pick-Up & Drop Service

Our pick-up and drop services are available in selected locations. Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible, properly secured, and free of personal belongings. GoGarage is not liable for loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Parts & Warranty

Only genuine parts are used during servicing. Warranty on parts or labor is applicable as per the manufacturer’s terms. GoGarage does not provide warranty coverage for pre-existing issues or accidental damage.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled pick-up time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days as per GoGarage’s refund policy.
